Jo Stevens
Director
Jo Stevens joined Ashley Communications as a Director in 2008. She has
worked within the field of healthcare communications for the past 7 years
from both client and agency side.
Jo trained as a nurse at the University of Manchester in 1993 and worked
clinically across both hospital and PCT with fast track promotion to Clinical
Nurse Specialist in Wound Healing and Tissue Repair. Jo established her
own clinical service and was involved at national level with guideline and
protocol development.
To widen her experiences Jo moved to ConvaTec, Bristol Myers Squibb and
worked across both sales and marketing before setting up the Medical
Communications service at both a local and global level.
Due to Jo’s clinical and commercial knowledge, her experience spans not
only her specialty but also into Dermatology, Diabetes, Infection, Oncology,
CHD, MS and Sleep.
She specialises in all aspects of medical education and KOL development,
training and facilitation.
