Julie Jenkins
Director
Julie Jenkins has over 15 years’ experience in healthcare communications
and joined Ashley Communications in 2005.
She has worked both agency and client-side and been involved
in a wide range of disease areas. Her combined backgrounds enable her
to handle the strategic aspects of pharmaceutical communications
programmes as well as effectively manage and implement tactical projects.
After graduating, Julie spent nearly 10 years’ in PR agencies.
In 2002, she joined Wyeth Pharmaceuticals as Corporate Affairs Manager,
achieving 'In-House Team of the Year' at the Communiqué Awards 2003
with particular emphasis on making the best use of key opinion leader and
patient/professional group relationships, as well as maximising available
budgets.
Julie’s experience encompasses corporate as well as brand PR
programmes and, during her time at Wyeth, she gained comprehensive
issues and crisis management experience.
