We are looking for an Account Executive and an enthusiastic Medical Writer.
The Account Executive position is an entry level role for a bright and driven individual interested in starting an exciting and rewarding career in medical communications. You will be working within a team that can help support your progression, develop your skills and provide you with the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and healthcare professionals.
There will be on-the-job training, networking possibilities, as well as opportunities to attend external training courses related to the industry. On a day-to-day basis, you could be expected to support on administrative tasks across a range of projects, including but not limited to event and congress support, evaluation and research tasks, editorial assistance and internal project management.
Skills needed:
– Life Science degree (BSc, MSc) is preferable
– Strong writing and verbal communication skills
– Accuracy and close attention to detail
– A flexible and proactive attitude
– Personal time management and organisation skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
– Work independently and interact as part of a team to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standards within agreed timelines and budgets
– Build and sustain successful relationships with clients
– Good Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
The Internship will be paid and for 6 months with the intention to extend. The role is full time (Mon-Fri) and will be part of our hybrid working policy, with the chance to spend time in our office near Beaconsfield, 2 days a week.
Medical Writers should ideally have a Masters or PhD in life sciences. Experienced writers welcomed but we would also like to hear from anyone without previous experience as full training will be provided.
